Medicina as a responsible marketing authorization holder, has set up an appropriate system for the monitoring, collection, report, assessment, understanding and prevention of adverse reactions concerning our products.
Medicina has appointed Pharmassist CRO as the qualified partner. Pharmassist CRO is responsible for the management of the Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management System, reporting of suspected adverse reactions to the Authorities, submission of Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR) and Spontaneous Reporting Program (SRP).
The Pharmacovigilance system of our company complies with EU and Greek legal standards and strict requirements of Greek Regulatory Authorities (EOF) and EMEA.
